Annotation
The course is primarily intended for foreign students who come to the Faculty of Arts, Charles University for their semester / two-semester internship.
The seminar intended for international students (scholarship holders) focuses on reading, understanding and analysing authentic Czech texts. In the first half of the semester, the attention will be drawn to everyday communication, administrative texts, academic texts and media communication. The second half of the semester will be aimed at fiction, more specifically at prose and drama written by well-known Czech authors.
