Within the lecture, students will get familiar with the topic of Public Sector Information (PSI) and with possibilities of their economical re-use, with focus at environment of Czech Republic and European Union. Students are going to be involved in the specific field research. Morover, students will get knowledge on PSI esseantials as its strong economical potential in meaning of its commercial, non-profit and academic re-use, they will understand the basic PSI typology and will be informed about fundamental legislation on Czech, EU or selected other states levels. The most important information products of Czech public sector will be presented and actively used and discussed, with a focus at the current situation and future ideas on their potential commercial re-use.
