Annotation
Tha aim of the course is to introduce students to the basics of project management as applied in the domain of information systems implementation. The course follows the waterfall methodological approach of PMI-PMBoK.
Students however also get an understanding of other approaches to managing projects. Throughout the semester, theoretical lectures will be enriched by case studies as well as practical individual and group assignements. Upon successful completion of the course, students should be able to quickly integrate into the work of project teams in real-life environment.

Conditions to a successful course completion: 1. Timely submission of all individual and group assignements 2. Active participation in online sessions 3. Final written test (60% threshold)
