A well-designed user interface significantly affects the way information is perceived and processed by its final recipients. However, a multifactorial approach must be taken into account both in the design of these interfaces and in the testing process. The new course introduces students to the basics of user-friendly design in terms of a system approach to the design of webpages and applications, psychological aspects of information perception and the design of user interfaces (also for disadvantaged user groups). Students will get acquainted with individual testing methods, their specifics, benefits and limitations.
