Annotation

Philosophical approach to economics and economic policy. Milestones in the evolution of theory and practice of economic policy, characteristics of modern economic-political concepts and their reflection in economic policy.

Aim of the course is to offer general theoretical knowledge of Economic Policy.

Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to describe and compare economic thought of individual schools-of-thought in economics and to apply them to solutions of the real-world problems.
