Co-educated course on swimming styles. Difficulty levels divided according to individual events: Non-swimmers and Beginners – mastering at least one swimming style;
Perfecting Swimming – mastering all swimming styles; Fitness - perfecting and improving physical fitness, swimming endurance and strength.
