Syllabus

Collective learning and deepening of individual yoga practice, or starting from scratch.

Development of perception and approach for understanding your own body.

Introduction to relaxation techniques.

Annotation

Subtly dynamic yoga classes on the waves of breathing for improvement of flexibility, posture, strengthening, concentration, and total relaxation. The classes are made of intense stretching, Sun Salutations and freely flowing yoga-pose sequences, both standing and floor-based.
