The classes are open to everyone - both beginners and experienced climbers. Experienced climbers with their own methodical training programmes do not have to join the common part of the class and are allowed to practice on their own.
Every class starts with a collective warm-up followed by a climbing part and each class is concluded by a collective (voluntary) weight training focused on climbing condition improvement. In each class during the climbing part we will cover one technique / thing to be wary of.
Modern climbing discipline performed without the use of ropes, under the instructor’s supervision, and up to a maximum of 5 metres. Soft mats are used for safety.
You will be able to improve your physical fitness and tone your muscles while having fun. Above-standard course.
