Annotation
The course deals with microorganisms and their effects on human health. The focus of the education is shifted to the microbial pathogenesis and immunology, antibiotic resistance, laboratory diagnostics in the medical microbiology, appropriate methods of the collection and transport of the samples.
Prevention and treatment of infectious diseases are also explained, as far as the knowledge in hygiene neseccary fot the further worh of students.
