The aim of the subject is to give the students of the 3rd-6th years a review of selected anatomy topics related to clinical practice and to remind the students that it is important to possess a sufficient level of anatomy knowledge for successful patient management. The following topics will be considered:

1) Anatomy for the abdominal surgery: vascular and topographic features

2) Neuroanatomy: clinical cases

3) Musculoskeletal anatomy and traumatology: clinical cases

4) Head and neck: clinical cases

5) Potpourri: clinical cases (not limited by any specific topic) The clinical case studies will be conducted in the following format: the students will be presented a patient with initial clinical symptoms. The task of the students will then be (via discussion) to suggest appropriate physical examinations, lab investigations, imaging methods etc. in order to uncover the diagnosis and subsequent management. Dummy lab results, images etc. will be provided for each case if needed. Each case study diagnosis will be tied to the crucial knowledge of a certain anatomical area/structure.
