Syllabus
The lessons are intended only for swimmers who can swim 100m the worst in 2: 15min.
The following skills take place in teaching: turns, diving, swimming with fins, swimming underwater, swimming training and swimming skills to help a tired swimmer and the basics of rescuing a drowning person.
At the end of the course there is a swimming test, which consists of continuously flooded 400m in one way, of which the first 200m should be within 4 minutes. IT IS NOT A CONDITION FOR GRANTING A CREDIT.

Improving swimming skills and training in practical activities necessary to obtain a lifeguard license - lifeguard. The course includes training to help a tired swimmer and the basics of rescuing a drowning person.
