Specializovaná laboratoř, místnosti a jejich funkce, organizační struktura pracoviště, personální vybavení, organizace práce, speciální přístrojové vybavení, principy používaných speciálních metod (kontrolních či diagnostických), speciální analýza a práce s analyzátory.
Annotation
This subject try to acquaint students during two years of study step by step in one of these fields - clinical biochemistry, clinical microbiology and clinical immunology, clinical hematology, or in special fields (e.g. genetics, pathobiochemistry, clinical pathology, radionuclear methods) with health care laboratories and with their function, to show them a possible workplace, gives them special laboratory skills, close links between theoretical knowledge from the faculty and practical activities in reality.
During 3 weeks long practice student works similarly as a graduate in the specialized health-care units - microbiological, biochemical, public health service/hygiene or blood transfusion laboratories, or special laboratories, he recognize special function of a laboratory, professional workers and their activities, principles of special methods.
