Annotation
The aim of the subject Pharmacokinetics and pharmacokinetic modeling is to provide students with a deeper understanding of basic relationships that describe the fate of the drug in the organism – i.e. absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion. Students have the opportunity to get acquainted with methods of pharmacokinetic modeling and its importance for experimental and applied pharmacology.
The exact content of the subject and the subsequent examination is specified in the individual study plan by an agreement between the supervisor, the teacher of the subject and the student.
