The purpose of this course is to expand students´ knowledge of the law of commercial transactions and company law and improve some writing skills in the legal area.
The course is taught by senior lawyers from a reputable law firm based in Prague with several years of experience with cross-border transactions.
The course is based upon interactive lecturing, seminar work AND COMPLETION OF ALL HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS. Students are expected to continually perform tasks assigned.
All written assignments must be returned by deadlines announced during particular sessions. 6 out of 8 seminars must be attended
