Annotation

This course focuses on the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, dealing with issues of religious freedom.

Three videokonference sessions are scheduled for the following Mondays: 15 Nov, 6 Dec, 12 Dec 2020 afternoon. The registered students will receive the link to the videoconference via email. Alternatively an intensive week between 6 Dec and 9 Dec will be offered. The type of the class will be finalised only until the end of October due to the changing pandemic conditions.

Law Students from Charles University will be joined by law students from the University of Vienna.
