LS - JPM049 EU - vývoj společenství I (prerekvizita nastavena v SIS)
Požadavky na udělení zápočtu v ZS: a) písemné zpracování vybraného úkolu (shrnutí/vysvětlení argumentace teoretického přístupu ? 10 bodů); b) písemný test (odpřednášená látka + povinná literatura - 10 bodů)
Termín odevzdání písemného úkolu: 27.11.2007 - !!! posunutí termínu - 10.12.!!! viz požadavky ke zkoušce
Požadavky ke zkoušce: ústní zkouška (odpřednášená látka + zadaná literatura) - rozsah závisí na výsledku bodového ohodnocení výsledku za ZS (13 a méně bodů - zkouška z látky obou semestrů)
Kurz uvádí do problematiky vývoje Evropské unie jako společenství od počátků Evropských společenství až do současnosti. Budeme analyzovat politické a ekonomické motivy pro volbu konkrétních forem spolupráce a institucionálního vývoje od vzniku Evropského společenství uhlí a oceli až do dnešní podoby EU, včetně otázek, před jejichž řešením EU dnes stojí.
Témata přednášek:
ZS 1.-6. Teoretické koncepty evropského sjednocení a) nadnárodní ? federalismus, neo/funkcionalismus, transakcionalismus/komunikační teorie b) primát národního státu (intergovernmentalismus/realismus) c) současné přístupy k teoretické reflexi evropského integračního procesu (komparativní politologie; nový institucionalismus, multi-level governance; konstruktivismus) 7. četba, konzultace 8.-13.
Institucionální vývoj ES/EU ? vývoj od založení ESUO do současnosti, včetně vývoje rozhodovacích procesů; EP, Komise, Rada, Soudní dvůr (vývoj kompetencí, hlavní problémy organizační struktury); politické a ekonomické důvody pro jednotlivá řešení

Literatura
Vyznačené tituly !!! považujte za základní jak pro písemný test v ZS tak pro ústní zkoušku v LS. Literatura, která bude k dispozici on-line průběžně přidávána v obou semestrech, bude doplňující, případně bude obsahovat klíčové či nejnovější studie k dílčím aspektům probírané látky.
