1. Review of market research topics. Questionnaires, types of questions. Scales. HW-proposal of questionnaire.

2. Statistics in the market research I-frequencies, contingency tables, loglinear analysis. HW- print of questionnaires, interviews.

3. Statistics in the market research II-cluster, factor and correspondence analysis, typologies.

4. Microsoft office - WORD, Excel, Powerpoint for market research. Some useful tips.

5. Charts-types. Some rules for preparation of charts. HW- Presenation -free topic.

6. Basics of presenting I. Student's presentations. HW-preparation of data form questionnaires.

7. Basics of presenting II -structure of presentation, preparation, rehearsal.

8. Coding and preparing of data. Data cleaning. HW-final data set.

9. Frequency tables, presentation of preliminary results.HW-preparation of contingency tables.

10. Contingency tables. Elaboration of results. Student's presentations of results.

11. Final presentation and discussion of mistakes.

Annotation

Course is focused on practical market research skills. The whole process of research is done during the classes.
