Annotation
The seminar is focused on the analysis and interpretation of selected Renaissance architectural objects, their paintings, and sculptural decorations (the breakdown in the syllabus). The task of the students is to make a formal analysis and think about possible ways-out, as well as think about wider socio-cultural significance.
The attention is paid to aristocratic settlements and representative architecture in Bohemia. Part of the seminar is a final excursion, where the observed objects will be visited and again evaluated.
