Annotation

The course will introduce the historical development of France, respectively the territory of present-day France from the early Middle Ages to the late 18th and early 19th century and the French Revolution. Special attention will be paid not only on the political and economic history, but also – and in many respects very much – on the cultural and religious history for the matters of faith and religion had always played a very important role in the history of

France.

Consultations can be conducted in Czech, English and Italian.
