Syllabus
The aim is to teach the student methods of scientific work in geosciences, ie especially work with literature, geoscience databases, field research methods. Practice formulation and defense of own opinions and oral presentation.
The theme of the project is set by the guarantor in agreement with the institutes of the geological section, which participates in teaching the teaching fields. It focuses on partial topics that the student will use when writing their diploma thesis.
Annotation
Individual work of a student working on a given topic from the geological issues of literature search or partial research within the work team at the relevant department. It submits its results in written form (electronic version to the course guarantor, then presents a brief summary at the seminar.
Thematically different from the project assigned in the winter semester.
