Annotation

The objective of the course is to introduce students to the computational methods and tools that are nowadays used for large-scale first principles studies of nuclear structure. The course will cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of solving the many-body Schrödinger equation for nucleons interactiong with realistic potentials.

The course is suitable for master and doctoral students. Basic knowledge of quantum mechanics, programing, and the Unix/Linux command line is necessary.
