Obtaining basic knowledge in a pedagogical - psychological counseling. Increase of sensitivity of the future teachers for educational and personal problems of students.
Course contents:
Theory of counseling. Counseling methods.
School consultation model.
Individual and group counseling.
Legal and ethical considerations for counselors.
System of counseling in a Czech republic.
Activities of an educational counselor - screening, diagnostics, interventions, informational and consulting activities.
Most common problems in middle and upper school age.

The course is focused on the system of counseling in the Czech Republic and activities of educational counselor.
