Annotation
The aim of the social psychological training is to lead students to improve self-recognizing through deeper insight into one?s role in developing interpersonal relationships within a group. Students can apply their communication skills on examples, try to understand one?s own statute, position including revision and reflection of one?s own personality.
Typical solutions are trained and new optimal background is searched to handle conflict situations.
