The course is based on self-experience within the group interaction. Themes including reflecting on personal history, personal qualities, moments of growth and carreer plans, team cooperation.
Annotation
The aim of the social psychological training is to lead students to improve self-recognizing through deeper insight into one's role in developing interpersonal relationships within a group. Students can apply their communication skills on examples, try to understand one's position including revision and reflection of one's own personality.
