Study course gives an overview of selected branches of law. It is focused on obtaining the necessary information for the practical orientation in the legal issues associated with the school management and the IT sector.
Following a brief explanation of the historical evolution of the law clarifies the current state of the Czech legal order and the status of state, legal and natural persons in it. Its role is to create under the current educational needs of practice conditions on the eligibility of students to orientate themselves in the Czech legal order, to benefit from professional legal publications.
In the field of information technology introduces practical approaches in law enforcement, especially in light of trade in information technology, management and protection of property and protection of intellectual property.
