swimming:Mastering basic swimming skills (breathing, confluence, diving, jumping, feeling water). Training techniques swimming strokes - breaststroke, crawl, character.
Correction of previously fixed bugs. Practicing jump starting and basic rotations.
Games and other activities aimed at preschool children. Familiarization with safety and hygiene principles in teaching swimming.
Rescue the drowning and helping an exhausted swimmer. First Aid and CPR by the water.
Credit requirements: active participation, hands-on test of the theory and didactics swimming.gymnastics:Mastering the techniques and methods of practicing gymnastic skills with a special age. Suitable forms of gymnastic exercises (floor exercise workout, acrobatics, innovative content - gymbaly, overbaly, yoga).
Practicing rescue and helped. Use of tools and equipment.
