3. Problematika náhradní rodinné péče
4. Ochrana dětí před sociálně-patologickými jevy
5. Související právní úprava, zejména občanského, medicínského a trestního práva
Annotation
The goal is to provide legal background of socio-legal protection of children and to provide guidance on legal matters with which you may encounter in your teacher´s practice. The focus of the seminar will be focused on solving practical issues and analyzing specific situations that will lead to understanding of the appropriate forms of social and legal protection that can be provided to a child.
As the essential foundation is required the knowledge of legal notions of family law which are related to the socio-legal protection of children. Course will also focus on other related legal notions of civil, labor, medical and criminal law.
