The course consists of five sessions. Each meeting will consist of two parts: a) a student presentation, b) a teacher lecture. For each meeting, learners will prepare short presentations on selected topics. The distribution of topics will be made at the introductory session. The expected topics of the course are:

This course presents a comprehensive survey course of theory and research in social psychology. The goal is to explain how human beings´ thoughts, feelings, and behavior are influenced by the presence of other people (in dyads or in groups).
The following topics will be studied: socialization, social perception, social cognition, attitudes, prejudice, stereotypes, social influence and social group.
