The course acquaints students with the issue of domestic violence, especially in relation to children. The subject is closely related to the curriculum of social pediatrics. It focuses on the issue of CAN syndrome - Child abuse and neglect (aggressive, abused and neglected child), aggression and violence. It is based on the legal status of the child in society and practically applies knowledge related to the social and legal protection of the child. The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the psychosocial and socio-legal aspects of domestic violence, especially violence against children. Content definition:
