Formative potentialities of visual perception and creativity. Scientific interest in children´s art expression. Reflections on the gradual process of reformation of general education and the role of visual arts education. Contemporary state - pedagogical documents and practice.

Practice: Former conceptions of visual arts education in primary education and their influence on contemporary theory and practice. Discussion.
