Annotation
The course is intended for students of bachelor studies and its aim is to acquaint students with the history, development and diversity of Czech nature. It focuses on multidisciplinary aspects of this issue, therefore it is important to get acquainted with the basic habitats of the Czech Republic, the history and present of nature in the Czech Republic.
Students will get acquainted with large-scale specially protected areas in the Czech Republic, with areas that maintain their natural and cultural continuity. The lecture will also focus on the causes of the current diversity in Czech nature and the cultural influences on the changes occurring in Czech nature.
