Leisure pedagogy as a scientific discipline, relationship of leisure pedagogy to other sciences.

Free time and personality formation (the role of individual aspects of free time in education); Functions of hobby activities, social dimensions of free time (undesirable forms of student behavior, prevention of risky behavior in schools, social media and free time).

Profession of free time pedagogue (areas of activity, personality requirements, competences);

Characteristics and distribution of interests and leisure activities; The specifics of the activity of a free time pedagogue in individual institutions (perspectives of out-of-school education).

Didactic characteristics of interest activities, structure of activity of interest department.

Annotation

The subject is a broader introduction to the theory of free time pedagogy with a focus on pupils' interests and hobbies, as a set of organized and free time purposeful activities. It leads students to acquire knowledge and skills that enable them to determine the content, methods and forms of specific interest activities for diverse age categories, thanks to which the graduate is able to implement and evaluate activities, methods of solving unusual educational situations, basic regulations and legal norms for the activity of interest departments.
