RE-INTERMEDIATE:
Grammar and functions: zero/first/second conditional ways of expressing the future making offers and suggestions asking for and giving advice
Topics and vocabulary: crime, war, terrorism negative prefixes globalisation, global issues statistics business the English language
INTERMEDIATE:
Grammar and functions: the passive reported speech have/get something done complaining and asking
Topics and vocabulary: advertising describing amounts trade noun suffixes adverb-adjective collocations approximations and fractions
Annotation
This course systematically develops students´ oral, listening, reading and writing skills as well as grammar and vocabulary. The overall aim is to help students become more confident and fluent users of the English language.
The course is offered in two language levels, pre-intermediate and intermediate.
