Within the course the student deepens the skills to analyse the learning situations from different angles of view, considering the causes and consequences, advantages and disadvantages of the individual solutions alternatives they typically encounter during the practice. As tools, methods of group reflection, analysis of video recordings of educational situations etc. are used.
During the practice, the key problem situations and the dilemmas allow them to be registered, after the end of the practice, to share in the group of students and to get motivation to find effective solution resources before the final coherent practice. The topics of the seminars are based on the content of the problem situations that students choose for deeper exploration.
