The course focuses on the didactics of selected athletic disciplines, swimming techniques and the basics of dodgeball and dodgeball games.
Athletics - analysis of the technique of selected athletic disciplines, rules, selection of disciplines for children's competitions, their decision-making and organization, construction of an athletically oriented unit, use of athletic movement games.
Swimming - improvement of individual technique of breaststroke, breaststroke mark and stroke, didactics of individual swimming strokes, starts and turns.
Lunges - acquisition of basic skills and knowledge within the framework of lunges, acquisition of basic methodological and organizational principles of conducting lessons with lunging topics, including increased emphasis on safety in these lessons.
Physical contact may occur during the class in accordance with proper teaching methodology and in the administration of rescue and assistance.
