Annotation
This course focuses on practical training in conflict resolution and crisis management. Participants will learn about types of conflict and effective strategies and methods for resolving them. At the same time, they will be encouraged to be self-experienced and to work with their own ideas and possible preconceptions.
Participants will understand and be able to apply appropriate strategies when dealing with different groups of people and will be able to identify potential conflict situations, effectively prevent conflicts and, where appropriate, find further solutions. The course is taught primarily through the flipped classroom method, which students will be introduced to in the first meeting
