Syllabus
The course provides a practical foundation needed for scientific work within the analytic method and mathematical-statistical processing of data, including the use of statistical programs for data processing. Attention is also paid to qualitative analysis and grounded theory. The subject includes topics: - data collection, data processing - operacionalizace and quantification, - monitoring results and their processing - interpretation of results, - hypotheses and their testing, - probability models.
The subject is also a propedeutics for subject Edumetrics
Annotation
The aim of this course is to acquaint students with access to the processing of thesis and with the basics of professional and scientific work, with the use of research methods and basic mathematical and statistical processing of data in education.
