Fotografování a záznam videosekvencí z mikroskopu, měření mikroskopických preparátů
Mikrobiologické metody - příprava živných agarů, pokus s účinky zubní pasty na bakterie
Metody lovu a sběru vodních a suchozemských bezobratlých
Preparace hmyzu, zakládání a údržba entomologických sbírek
Pitva - vybraný bezobratlý nebo obratlovec
Annotation
The aim of this course is to prepare students - future teachers of natural science and biology - to prepare and conduct practical forms of teaching these subjects. Students will acquire the methodology of collecting and preserving natural objects during lectures and will try to create a wide range of teaching aids. They will be perfected in laboratory and field optics, learn to create and care for biological and geological school collections.
During the course students will create their own collection of permanent microscopic specimens and other tools they can use during pedagogical practices and hopefully during their teacher's career.
