Annotation

The subject is based on the students´ knowledge of dietology, medicine, mental hygiene and theory of a healthy lifestyle. It increases the knowledge about the concept of health and fitness for the physical, psychological, social and mental well-being and the enhancement of the physical condition.

It focuses on actual trends in wellness and their critical evaluation. The students learn to develop the programmes of prevention of lifestyle diseases, muscle strengthening activities and physical and mental condition of an individual.

As the same time the programmes respects the principles of the healthy lifestyle.
