Syllabus
Předmět je zaměřen na osobnostní rozvoj studentů vztahující se k zvolenému oboru. Týká se konkrétních oblastí komunikace, dialogu, diskuse, argumentace a poznávání sebe sama v souvislostech nové na učitelskou profesi zaměřené studijní skupiny.
V sociálním rozvoji jsou interakční procesy orientovány na ochotu poznávat druhé, přijímat shody a odlišnosti v názorech a osobních preferencích. Interaktivní metody se zaměřují na rozvoj kooperace v různém uskupení studentů, prohlubují vzájemné poznávání a podněcují důvěru pro soužití ve skupině.
Annotation
The aim is to develop professional sensitivity, empathic behaviour with the ability to listen actively, accept another person, support ethics of information handling and inclusive approach. The subject is focused on personality development of students related to their chosen field.
It regards specific areas of communication, dialogue, discussion, argumentation and self-knowledge in the context of a new teacher profession oriented study group. In social development, interaction processes are aimed at the willingness to get to know others, to accept consensus and differences in opinions and personal preferences.
Interactive methods focus on the development of cooperation in different grouping of students, they deepen mutual cognition and stimulate trust for coexistence in the group. Students' activities are based on methods of social psychological training and drama education.
The credit is obtained for active participation in seminars.
