Syllabus
Předmět bude strukturován následujících tematických bloků:
1. Poradenství v systému psychologických disciplín, laické vs. odborné poradenství, poradenství jako odborná profesní činnost
2. Členění poradenských služeb v aplikační sféře - poradenství ve výchově a vzdělávání, vysokoškolské poradenství, poradenství pro ohrožené skupiny klientů.
3. Partnerské a manželské poradenství, vztahové poradenství.
4. Kariérové poradenství, firemní poradenství.
5. Poradenský proces, cíle, metody, průběh, očekávání klientů, práce se zakázkou. Poradenské činnosti - prevence, diagnostika, náprava a intervence, informační a konzultační činnost.
6. Etické aspekty poradenské práce. Supervize jako nedílná součást výkonu činnosti poradce.
Annotation
The aim of the course is to provide basic information about counselling and to enable the development of some skills that can be applied in counselling work with clients. The course introduces counselling as a specific psychological sphere and as a specific professional activity, which is implemented in an internally structured system of counselling services.
Emphasis will also be placed on the types of counselling assignments from different client groups. The counselling process and its different phases and strategies will be presented.
Ethical standards and dilemmas in counselling will also be discussed. The course will emphasize not only introducing learners to key findings but also applying and discussing them.
