Class at Faculty of Education |
OPBV3V057B

Annotation

The course combines theoretical film knowledge with practical knowledge. It is based on the original audiovisual work of students with a focus on the art component in audiovisual production.

The course runs from filming, through a brief history and theory of film, to students' didactic concepts. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, original ideas, exploring the possibilities of film language, as well as the critical thinking and creativity of each student.

During the course, each student will prepare their audiovisual teaching project and they will participate in the shooting of a short film group (max. 3 to 5 minutes video clip, picture poem, documentary portrait, short film) in the genre and style the group chooses. The course will end with a joint projection of finished film exercises and presentations of individual didactic projects.

Due to the nature of filming, teaching will take place in blocks: introduction to film history; introduction to film language; film production - theme - realization - teamwork; preparation of own didactic projects; individual consultations; postproduction; presentation.
