Annotation
The basic questions regarding this course are the following: What is society? How can we understand it? What is the role of the individual in society? Etc. The course is aimed at a brief introduction into selected sociological questions from the theoretical and empirical point of view.
The main ambition of the course is to offer so-called sociological imagination (by C. Wright Mills) to students.
