Syllabus
Studenti budou pod dohledem mentorů vykonávat šestitýdenní pracovní stáž (v rozsahu cca 30 hodin/týdně) ve vybraných kulturních institucích. V průběhu první části praxe budou studenti reflektovat poslání a fungování dané instituce, charakter pracovního prostředí, způsoby řízení i povahu spolupráce různých profesních pozic.
Následně se sami zapojí do prezentační či edukační činnosti instituce, ať už formou realizace samostatného dílčího úkolu nebo participace na týmovém řešení běžné agendy či aktuálního projektu. Průběh i výsledky praxe budou studenti průběžně reflektovat a konzultovat s mentory.
Záznam o praxi pak uspořádají do podoby strukturovaného osobního portfolia, které předloží po skončení praxe ke kontrole.
Annotation
The field practice is focused on the development of professional competencies of educators in culture and aims to enable graduates to successfully participate in the operation of various institutions that care for cultural heritage (especially museums, galleries, monuments). As part of the internship, students will deepen their understanding of the protection and mediation of entrusted cultural values in terms of professional, legal, organizational and operational aspects.
Above all, however, they will apply their pedagogical and didactic education in real conditions.
