Block I (4 hours, one-day block training)
Departure points of drama education. Interdisciplinary character of drama education. Interpenetration of drama education and education in museums, galleries and monuments.
Block II (4 hours, one-day block training).
Kinds of interpretation of cultural-heritage objects. Thematic spheres and goals. Build-up of programme based on artistic perception of a cultural-heritage object, with employment of drama-education methods.
Block III (16 hours, two-day block training)
Implementation of the programme in a selected public monument, its verification and reflexion. Didactic and methodical evaluation.
This course will familiarize the students with the possibilities of application of the principles, aims and contents of drama education in the world of education in museums, galleries, and monuments. The students will be offered a diffusion of methods of drama education applicable to creative interpretation of cultural objects.
The students will master knowledge, skills, values, attitudes and didactic habits enhancing the interpretation of cultural heritage in order that the educational transmission shall lead them to deeper perception of art and monuments.
