The aim of the subject is to acquire knowledge in the field of sociology of work and organization necessary for the management of educational institutions. The subject is aimed at understanding key terms and their connections in the context of contemporary sociological thinking.
Get acquainted with selected organizational theories, methods, internal and external structure of the organization and processes in the organization. The analysis of the factors of the external environment is based on the current situation of Czech and European society, the development of education in a wider socio-economic context and reflects changes in the labor market and the associated demands for education, development and the acquisition of professional qualifications.
