Practice introduces students to another school environment that structures teacher demands in a new way. Part of this practice is an independent conceptual work of students, preparation of lessons in larger units.
It is assumed that students will be able to prove a didactic transformation of the topic of their own diploma thesis and, based on consultations with their faculty teacher and a leading teacher of their practice, will prepare a comprehensive program that will verify their choice. Students will learn to build up a lesson within the thematic unit, so that they can test their own teaching practices.
Practice is primarily focused on developing and consolidating a set of skills that are needed for preparation, effective lesson supervision and reflection of classroom lessons and to define a personal concept of teaching. Documenting art activities and a process of teaching for the didactic part of the diploma thesis is part of a practice.
