2. Use of aqua hit and power ball for strength
3. Use of medicine-ball for strength
4. Training for hypertrophy
5. Correcting imbalances among chest
6. External rotators and upper back
7. Strength training for fat loss
Athletic strengthening procedures in development of different kinds of strength. Students will gain the knowledge in safety at strengthening, at warm up prior to the strength training and of prevention the health disorders by suitable strengthening.
