Syllabus

1. Patterns for the upper and lower extremities (including the techniques) - revision

2. Patterns for the trunk and head

3. Patterns for the pelvis and scapula

4. Elevation of the pelvis in the back-lying position

5. Rotation of the lower body in the back-lying position

6. Shifting form the back-lying to chest-lying position (and back)

7. Stabilization in the hip-lying position

8. Lifting to the forearms and knees, stabilization

9. Lifting to the hands and knees, stabilization

10. Crawling (forth and back)

11. Shifting from the chest-lying (back-lying) position to the sitting position, stabilization in sitting

12. Sifting to the upright kneeling position, stabilization in kneeling

13. Walking in the kneeling position

14. Lifting to the standing position, stabilization in standing

Annotation

The aim of the course is to broaden the knowledge and skills of students in the procedures of proptioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Emphasis is placed on familiarization with the so-called development series of the PNF concept and then on the application of PNF procedures in various areas of physiotherapy, prevention and sport.
