Classwork contents:
1. Theory of Jin and Jang
2. Basic principles and articles of the traditional Chinese medicine. Acupressure and its kinds.
3. Acupuncture spot and its characteristic, searching of points by means of apparatuses.
4. Acupuncture lines - theory and practice I.
5. Acupuncture lines - theory and practice II.
6. Examples of operative use the acupressure at small disorders, pains of movement apparatus, collapse.
7. Continuance of acupressure practical use at allergies, vegetative problems, neuralgic pains, for immunity support etc.
Annotation
Theoretic and practical possibilities of usage the acupressure in acute disorders consequent to physical training and sport activity. It cannot replace the classic First aid, but facilitate its completion.
